Shipping & Delivery Policy

Domestic Shipping

We offer delivery within Nairobi and nationwide in Kenya. For deliveries within Nairobi, we offer a cash-on-delivery option or payment via our MPESA Paybill. For deliveries outside of Nairobi, we offer MPESA Buy Goods payment prior to delivery only. We issue a tracking confirmation code and coordinate delivery services via the preferred courier service.

Additional courier charges are incurred by the buyer in case specialized handling is required.

Express Delivery

Express delivery is offered for Lufi Men's Shop between 10am and 7pm, Monday to Saturday.

Store Pick Up Orders (SPUs)

Orders can be sent to our main store for pick up. Store Pick Up Orders should be collected within 7 days of purchase. There is no delivery fee for Store Pick Up Orders.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment (orders paid by cash will be refunded through MPESA). The refunded amount will include 100% of the value of the item but will not include shipping fees, taxes, or packaging fees.

Refunds are processed immediately once the returned items have been received and accepted by the Lufi Men's Shop Customer Service Department.
